After the initial consultation, our in-house design engineers along with on-site surveyors' inputs conduct a preliminary inspection of the site. Our on-site service team boasts years of experience, allowing them to make accurate assessments to determine the available area, ceiling height, and any potential obstacle that may impact the racking installation.
Design and engineering
Based on your warehouse space challenges and the site assessment, our team of engineers design storage solutions tailored to your exact needs. We use advanced Solid Works 3D, PDM & SAP 2000 to design detailed layouts and 3D models with a focus on operational processes and other factors such as ceiling height,load capacities, accessibility and safety regulations, etc.
Manufacturing and production
Once the order is received and detailed layouts are approved, our skilled technicians, under the supervision of experienced engineers, commence the manufacturing process. We leverage cutting-edge technology to manufacture heavy duty racking components in alignment with the approved 3D models.
Quality assurance and testing
At Armes Maini, our quality control department ensures the integrity and quality of the racking systems according to stringent norms. We conduct thorough inspections and audits at every stage of production to detect any deviations from specifications.
